Under the leadership of a highly experienced management with a strong background in MRO and airline operations, the Company continuously develops sophisticated capabilities to accommodate exquisite services to provide our valued customers. Our highly skilled engineers and technicians undergo perpetual training to deliver impeccable service to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers.

Our Company

HEANCO AIRWAEL LUFTECH ENGINEERING SDN BHD or HALE is a new joint venture company between Heanco, Airwale in collaboration with one of the European major MRO provider as our major technology provider.

HALE has been incorporated to become a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) service provider in the Asia Pacific region. With the strong technical support from Major European MRO provider, HALE intends to establish itself to become a premier MRO service provider, providing a fully integrated MRO solution on a turnkey basis to major international airlines and aerospace companies.

HALE is in the process of investing heavily at the strategically located Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Sepang, Malaysia by acquiring existing hangers and at the same time will be focused on building a new state of the art hanger with green building index certification.

We foresee, HALE establishing itself as a full force MRO service provider in due course. With our technical partnership with one of the Major European MRO provider, all our key technical manpower will be trained and retrained to meet international world class high Standard Operating Procedures.

With a team of high calibre manpower capabilities together with all the most modern equipment and facilities, HALE would be positioned to make its mark and provide a service delivery which would be ‘PAR EXCELLENCE@AERO ENGINEERING’.

Moving forward, HALE intends to also continuously build its collaborations with leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) suppliers and partners to expand its network and global market reach and meet every customers’ specific needs.

Mr. John Palmer Victor is the Co-Founder & V.P of “HALE” & an excellent and versatile Leader with over twenty-two (22) years of extensive experience in various senior management positions, training field and holds number of portfolios, both local and aboard.

John Palmer Victor is the Founder, CEO and the Group Chairman of Golden Palmer International (M) Sdn. Bhd & Executive Director for Aftab Group (M) Sdn.Bhd. Apart from that he was the former President of Indian Entrepreneurs Chamber of Johor, Malaysia (IEcM), With his vast experiences, knowledge, and outstanding business networks at both local and aboard makes the group of companies well known in most of the Asian countries, Middle East and Europe.
